ORDER OF BOOKING RELEASE
Early bird booking is available exclusively to regular traders, commencing on the 15th of the month prior to the scheduled market dates. This dedicated booking window provides regular traders with priority access to secure their chosen pitches before bookings are made available to others.
Following the early bird period, bookings for new and casual traders open on the 1st day of the current month in which the market is taking place. This allows new participants and those trading on a casual basis to book any remaining available pitches for that month's market.
Traders will be permitted time out for holidays 2 weeks of year. Advance notice is required at the start of the season or at least 2 months notice)
